Evernote. try to remember everything by capturing by note or camera on Treo. They have good engine to translate them into word. for example, you can capture label of good wine out night out and it is stored to your cloud PC by picture, word or tag. so far my Treo rez is not good or what but it can not seen to recognize/translate too good but I will try a bit more.
