In Situ SF Moma restaurant

The food and service were fabulous.  It offers various dishes from different chef.  Wonder how the chef there transfer the taste: 
- Spicy Pork Sausage Rice Cakes $22 
sichuan peppercorn, yu choy David Chang, Momofuku Ssäm Bar New York City, 2007 
- Guinea Fowl Larp Chiang Mai $24 
raw vegetables and herbs (very spicy) David Thompson, Nahm Bangkok, Thailand, 2011
