USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 limited connection / expansion and prematureness of touch bar are contributing. I still use 2013 Macbook Air 13" and have no issue with it. My iPhone 7+ freezes once in awhile too which seldom happened on previous iPhones. Come on Apple, you can do better.
