Ramen sans broth in Taipei. This one was better than Tsuta. The noodle was chewy and so good. Regular size is enough. Wonder where they make the superb noodle. Air shipping them from Japan is just too much overhead. Single meal with a beer $was 14. Hope they can make in a land where similar and decent Zhajiangmian can be had it for $2 or less.
