La Bicyclette restaurant, Carmel

Atmosphere was nice and Beet Salad was excellent.  Mussel way too skinny, should be illegal to catch that lean ones flavoring OK otherwise, carrot risotto is crap, Hamburger is decent.  Service good.  So B+
