white frame and nice blanket by the window

People put big framed picture on the floor because they can not decide where to put it up or like the way on floor?  This case, I feel like they should put it up since the space is so clean and organized.  Nice one point color B&W photos.  The street they are on reminds me of Utrecht by the Dick Bruna museum.  Norm Architects Studio in Copenhagen
